I know that nothing is perfect but if there was such a thing as the perfect photo session, this was it. It seemed like everything just went right with this one. First, mom appeared to have followed my directions for prepping the baby and it definitely showed. This just shows how important it is for a good newborn session to follow the guidelines I send out. We also had big sister in the studio and as you can see, Emily was super excited to get her photo taken with her new sister Abby. Emily was such a good listener and was very cooperative when I gave her directions to pose herself around the baby. I love seeing the excitement and love that young kids have for their newest family members and when they are as good of listeners as this big sister was, it makes my job that much easier to get great photos. Abby was just as cooperative as her big sister and was so good the entire photo session. I was able to pose her with her family and by herself for several hours and she was a little trooper the entire time, sleeping for most of it. All and all, it was such a great experience and getting priceless family photos like these, when baby is so little and new, is what makes my job the best in the world.
